Comprehensive analysis and control of production processes
Manage your company’s resources better with InDaCo production and management software

Dialogue between software and machine
Acquisition and analysis of data flow
In.Da.Co. is our software for the visualisation, analysis and complete control of production processes within a company: from the input of raw materials and their components to the finished product, which is ready to enter the chosen distribution channel.
It is entirely designed and built by our in-house team of programmers and can be used in every sector of industry.
How does it work?
Indaco quickly records and acquires data from each machine while it is in action in the production phase. In this way, it is able to monitor all process values that determine the goodness of the final product, values that could vary over time due to conditions of use and/or other factors that would render it defective.
Interactive and customisable
The advantages of In.Da.Co.
- Simplifies the analysis and understanding of production processes
- Identifies weak points in production
- Allows for corrective and improvement operations
- It is fully customisable
- It interfaces with SIEMENS S7, FANUC-FOCAS, OMROM, OPC UA, MODBUS, EUROMAP 63, HTTP, TCP, MQTT, FILE, etc. protocols.
- Can be integrated with most ERP and business management systems

How Indigo is structured
Data acquisition and management phases
Indaco first captures production data, which is then recorded and archived for analysis and subsequent consultation within a summary dashboard. Here are all the steps:
1
ACQUISITION
Indaco acquires all the company’s production data, detailed and up-to-date: this data is a fundamental resource as it allows timely intervention in the event of quality defects, delays and various inefficiencies.
With the data collected, the company is able to calculate its OEE, Overall Equipment Effectiveness: this is the performance index (KPI) that measures its production capacity. Indigo can interface with any type of machine, even analogue ones.
2
RECORDING AND ARCHIVING
Data (including files and images) are collected and recorded in a centralised on-premises or cloud repository, which is indexed by production line.
The production flow is dynamic, secure and free of any downtime due to connectivity problems as the repository is built with its own internal database and independent of the connection to the central data repository.
It is also possible to configure dedicated local storage for each production line.
3
MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS
Indaco organises the data from the various production lines and machinery within dashboards; the summary dashbord analysis provides a complete overview of the production processes and their performance.
The data can then be consulted by means of special filters, in order to view the history of production lines, machinery or manufactured/discarded parts.
